Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, (In non damaged items) which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in original packaging. Dry cleaned, tagged, altered or laundered items are not eligible for returns. Items that are damaged and sent without prior notification, will not be eligible for a refund.


To start a return:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Most schools have uniform samples you can try on before you order, you can consult your school prior placing your order so you can order the correct sizes you need. 

The return address is: 218 Laurel Ave Minillas Industrial Park Bayamon, PR 00959. When the items arrive, they are inspected and refunded. Please be sure to include a copy of your order or your order number in a piece of paper.

You can also request a return from your Olimac account (www.olimacuniforms.com/account). Once a return request is approved, you have a maximum of 30 days to send the merchandise. If the items are not sent in that period, the return request will be closed and the items will not be accepted.

Please note that we don't exchange items, when the items arrive, they are inspected and refunded. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. A new order must be made with the correct items needed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods. If 15 days have passed since you received your package, you will not be offered an exchange or refund. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on worn, damaged, altered, laundered or tagged items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded for the items on your original payment method; depending on your bank, you should receive your refund between 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If more than 10 days have passed and you haven't received your refund, double check that the card you used is the same one you are hoping to receive the refund on, keep checking your bank account, sometimes there are delays. You can also contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
